What is a Power Bank, and What Is It Used For in This Case?
A power bank is a portable battery that allows you to power or charge electronic devices when you’re not near an outlet.
In this case, the power bank is used to power the LED light included with your AK Diffuser. This LED light is designed to provide additional illumination when photographing in low-light environments or at night, which is often essential for capturing detailed macro shots.
Important:
You only need a power bank if you plan to shoot in dark places or at night. If you typically photograph in bright daylight or well-lit areas, the LED light — and therefore the power bank — may not be necessary.
To ensure the best performance, we recommend using a lightweight power bank with a 2.4A USB output.
Here are a few examples of power banks that are compatible with your LED light:
